The private pool is large and has enough deck space to enjoy each other, get some sun or relax in the poolside hammock. The elevator helps you with groceries to the main living area with kitchen and a king master. Top level bedrooms are accessible by stairs. The mid-level king master and the ground-level king master have bedroom doors and bathroom doors that are extra wide to accommodate wheelchairs. The mid-level king master bathroom has a roll under sink and a walk-in shower. There are no steps from the walkway to the dune top deck. Everyone has access to watch their family play on the beach, or to enjoy a dune top deck gathering or meal.

Located oceanfront in Sound Sea Village, this is a quaint, quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. The multi-use paths are available at the entrance to the neighborhood if anyone would like to walk, run or bike up and down the Duck area. Watersports and sound access are available just across from the neighborhood for kayaking, paddle boarding or watching sunsets. You may not make it to the sound though, with everything offered at “Duck Dreams”…you may never leave!

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. 


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
