Free family activities are just a short drive from the property including community tennis courts, playground, outdoor skate park and skate rink. Avid runners and bikers can pick up the packed Nature Conservancy roads off the bike trail just on the west side. The Nature Conservancy has trails for enjoying the natural beauty of an ancient dune forest, or spend all day, every day on the beautiful beachfront (an easy walk from the property to the beach access). Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
