The middle floor offers a cheery entry hall with a laundry closet and a restful space used as a den. A large porch is accessed from this area to a hot tub and large covered porch. This floor includes three bedrooms. Two bedrooms (two twins and queen) share a hall bath, and the third bedroom is a queen with an ensuite bath.

The lower level includes a rec room with a refrigerator, Xbox, large screen TV, board games, and couch (Queen sleeper), plus two more bedrooms and a full bath. The full bath is also accessible from the pool. Right outside the sliding door you can jump into the pool. An extra special delight is the outdoor shower. After a day at the beach, which is a short one block walk, this home is relaxing to return to relax.

In addition to your own pool and hot tub, you will have access to community tennis & pickleball courts and pool, ponds where you can feed the turtles, and a nearby bike path.
