That would include the home's private pool, too, surrounded by a wide patio to idle in the sun's warmth. After a dip in the pool, dip into the ground-level game room to catch a must-see game on the TV, a competitive game of pool or a cool drink from the wet bar with full-size refrigerator. A half-bath is on this level, too. The home's middle level features three bedrooms, all with TVs and access to a covered deck. A king master bedroom has an ensuite bath and a deck off the front of the house. A queen bedroom and a room with two sets of bunk beds share a full hallway bathroom and open to a deck facing the sound and pool. The fourth bedroom is a king master with TV and ensuite bath just off the open living space on the top floor.
