There is another king bedroom, along with a full bath, on this floor as well. The mid-level features a queen bedroom and an adjacent bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have deck access and share a full bath, which is also convenient to a media room that features a large, surround-sound TV, DVDs, books, and classic board games -- perfect for group entertainment.
With windows facing every direction from ocean to sound, the open concept third level is where you'll find the kitchen, great room, and a formal dining space. The well-equipped kitchen includes a six-seat breakfast bar and opens to the great room and an expansive deck with a spectacular, unobstructed view and a variety of seating options for your whole crew. For your convenience, there is a half-bath on this level.
Outside living includes a covered, ground-level hot tub, a guest storage area with beach chairs and toys, a fish cleaning station, and two cottage-chic outdoor shower/changing areas. Gather on the rooftop crow's nest with built-in bench seating to capture those spectacular Hatteras Island sunsets. In addition, guests have complimentary access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. If this isn't enticement enough, consider this: your dog(s) are welcome. Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
