Take the elevator to the second level and enter into the roomy kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space and extra seating at the bar. Nearby you'll find a dining area ready for an easy dinner, and a comfortable living area with Roku TV. Step out the slider to the oceanfront deck and breathe in the salt air while reading a good book from the comfort of your dolphin watch chairs with a table and stool. With access to both oceanfront and soundside decks, viewing sunrises and sunsets are daily favorite activities. When it's time to end the day, the master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed, private bath, TV, oceanfront deck access and brilliant blue ocean views. Just steps away is the second bedroom with a queen and a single bed along with the full hall bath next to the laundry closet with your own washer/dryer. Not only is this property located in the village of Rodanthe, central to shopping, restaurants and activities, but there are wonderful resort amenities on site including a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, large community pool (open May - September) and a nice, wide boardwalk to the beach. With all of this convenience and comfort, there is no question that your vacation will be nothing but tranquil.
Recent Updates
New for 2023: New beds in all bedrooms.
New for 2022: New owners will be making many changes. In the dining area there will be a new table, chairs and rug. The great room will have a new sofa with throw pillows, lamps and rug. The existing chair will be recovered to match the new sofa. There will be new bedding and a lamp in the bedroom with queen and single bed and there will be new bedding and lamps for the master bedroom. The wicker furniture in this room will freshly painted. The deck will have new dolphin watch chairs and table. There will be new art throughout the home.
Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
