The adjacent theater room boasts real theater seats with stadium seating, a 60" Plasma TV home theater system with BOSE surround sound, BluRay™ player, Dish Network™, Netflix™, and a library of over 150 popular movies.
The second level features four king master suites. Also on this level is a large den with a sofa bed, wet bar, mini fridge, 55" TV with Dish Network™, Roku™, video game console and board games for all ages. A slider opens to a shaded deck overlooking the pool area to enjoy the warm ocean breezes. The third level features the great room, appointed with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for panoramic ocean views that are simply breathtaking. A large gourmet kitchen, an oceanfront breakfast nook, and an elegant dining room with wine chiller make family meals at THE OASIS a delightful experience. Finishing this level is a king master suite with beautiful ocean views, sofa bed, and a decadent master bath with Jacuzzi™ for two, double vanity, and separate shower, all featuring custom tile work. THE OASIS lives up to its name because of the large private swimming pool and kiddie pool for refreshing family time. You can rejuvenate yourself in the soothing eight-person hot tub, or stop by the tiki bar complete with bar sink, refrigerator, and cabana half bath. The outdoor shower provides a convenient way to wash off the sand and salt from the pristine, unspoiled beach found just a quick walk over the sand dune. New for 2024: New top-level bedroom furniture.
New for 2023: This year brings many updates! New furniture in the dining room, sitting room, second-level master bedroom, and first-level den. New under-counter beverage refrigerator in the top-level kitchen. New TV in the tiki bar. New Polywood™ furniture around the pool and on decks.
New for 2022: This season welcomes new and updated furniture in the great room and loft and a new, custom built 14-seat dining table with new dining chairs. Kitchen updates include new barstools at the bar area and breakfast table as well as a new ice machine. There will be new light fixtures and ceiling fans on the top level, new cabinetry and shelves around the fireplace, and fresh paint on the columns, alcoves, game room, and tiki hut. All new quilts in bedrooms with the exception of the first-floor bunk bedroom and bedroom with twins.
The poker table in the loft will be re-felted.
Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
