Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with stand-up shower and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Extras: 4 TVs, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, deck furniture, enclosed outside shower, direct TV with HBO, parking for 2 cars, CD player, Keurig Coffee, unlimited long distance calling within the US, ceiling fans, crock pot and sun deck and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking.
This property does NOT offer a grill.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
