Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, volleyball court, basketball hoop, outside shower, charcoal & gas grills and a hot tub (mid-level deck). Inside you'll find a Recreation Room with TV/DVD, pool table, full refrigerator and a Futon.

Mid-Level: Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and large private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Bedroom with deck access that shares a bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo with CD and deck access, dining area seating 12, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and a large private bathroom.

Extras: Private Pool (16 x 32), Hot Tub, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, high speed internet access, stereo/CD player, pool table, gas and charcoal grills, high chair, pack-n-play, basketball hoop, books, movies, outside shower,  2 refrigerators and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
