Treasure Island is a six bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Oceanfront retreat set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Pine Island. With new owners in late 2024, the home has been extensively refreshed with significant updates, including a complete exterior repaint, new landscaping and outdoor lighting, nearly all new furniture, rugs, artwork and light fixtures. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The expansive decks allow for gorgeous ocean views from the upper level of the house.

Treasure Island is perfectly situated for those who appreciate extra space at the beach. This stretch of Pine Island isn't lined with multiple streets channeling foot traffic, so the shoreline behind the home tends to stay pleasantly open. Guests often remark on the sense of privacy and room to spread out while enjoying the sand. The home itself sits elevated above the dunes, offering sweeping ocean views. From the top-floor master suite, you can wake up to the sound of the waves and take in panoramic beach views right from bed. The outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. A remodeled pool deck offers abundant seating, a newly built outdoor bar area, a large gas grill, beverage center, fire pit, and two outdoor showers. The private walkway leads directly to the sand.  You'll create your own treasure chest of vacation memories at Treasure Island!

Bedroom with a Double, Single  plus HDTV, sharing a full hall bathroom.   Game Room has  a widescreen HDTV, pool table, arcade game , sitting area and couch. Laundry room with washer and dryer. A social media photo booth with a neon OBX sign - perfect for capturing vacation moments to share on Instagram @thebluelinecorolla.  

Mid Level: Family room with 60" UHD TV and Blue-Ray player, Sonos surround sound,  Queen Sleep Sofa, and  wet bar with microwave and full-sized refrigerator. 2  King Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms, oversized showers and deck access.  Queen Bedroom with deck access and HDTV, plus a full bathroom across the hall.  

Top Level: Great room with large 4K HDTV, Blu-Ray player, Sonos surround sound, Bluetooth access and gas fireplace (seasonal), deck access and expansive ocean views! Gourmet kitchen with two Wolf ovens, six-burner flat-top range, tow dishwashers, microwave, wine fridge, and breakfast bar seating for four. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
