"Sound Waves" is ready for your visit! The owners have adopted a musical theme including a beautiful grand piano in the great room and unique musical wall decorations throughout the house. Proximity to the ocean (approx. 3-minute walk) and a spacious prow front design will delight both the young and old in this well-equipped, renovated vacation home representing easy beach living at its best. Centrally located just a very short walk to the beach or oceanfront community amenities which include outdoor pools, tennis courts, children's playground, restaurant and grill! Also a very short stroll to the Corolla Town Center bakery, shops and restaurants. Take the community trolley (seasonal) or short bike ride to the Sports Center which includes an Olympic-sized indoor pool, large Jacuzzi, indoor racket ball and tennis (fee for indoor tennis) and a well-equipped gym.
Ground Level: Outside you'll find an outside shower, gas grill and covered parking.
Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen HD TV with Roku, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen HD TV/DVD with Roku, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen HD TV with Roku, 2 renovated full hall baths and laundry with washer and dryer. The new hot spring massaging hot tub is on the spacious deck.
Top Level: Spacious wood paneled great room with vaulted ceilings, grand piano, 47" flat-screen HD TV with cable and Roku, DVD/VCR and stereo/CD with MP3 capability. Renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, new oak cabinets and breakfast bar seating 4. Dining room seating 10. Screened porch with picnic table. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen HD TV with Roku and bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub and separate renovated powder room.
Loft Level: Cozy wood paneled loft with flat-screen HD TV/DVD with Roku and board games.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
