No second or third row of homes and 120 feet of ocean frontage mean plenty of room to spread out your umbrellas and chairs! Enjoy the waves on the beach or from the private dune deck. Facing the sound, a screened porch (with a table seating 14) and cocktail tables on the upper deck mean you never have to miss a sunset. Gracious room sizes and open areas allow you to spend time with family, or get away and read a book. Relax on the wrap-around decks, enjoy privileges at the Sanderling Swim & Racquet club just across the street, or book a tee time at the Currituck Club (reduced greens fees). The Outer Banks at its finest.  

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a carport with  Bosch EV300 Level 2 EV charging station,  private beach access, 2 spacious outside showers, outside sink and fish cleaning table, outside deck and seating areas and a gas grill. Inside you'll find a beautifully decorated hallway with seating, a perfect getaway room for younger guests with 2 DuoBunks  (twin over full), and TV/Blu-Ray DVD with Netflix, and a half bath.

Mid Level: Features a beautiful foyer, 3 King Master Bedroom Suites with TVs, private bathroom and each with a sitting area and deck access and a Queen Bedroom  with TV that shares a full jack-n-jill bathroom with a  Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Breathtaking views of both the Ocean and Sound from the top level. Great room with comfortable seating, window seats perfect for reading, TV/Blu-Ray DVD/ Netflix and blue tooth music from your iPod or phone. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, extra-large refrigerator and breakfast bar seating 6, sound view dining seating 12, screened porch with table and chairs seating 14 for outside dining with amazing sound and sunset views, and a half bath.

Extras: 7 TVs, 2 Wifi connected Blu-Ray players, blue tooth connected music, wireless high-speed internet access, Bosch EV300 Level 2 EV charging station, high chair, baby gate, card/game table, lighted private beach access with dune deck, screened porch, 2 outside showers, gas grill, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool privileges. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
