Outside: Outside you'll find the fully gated private pool with picnic table, basketball hoop, park-style charcoal grill and a carport with outside shower. Top level has a screened porch.
Ground Level: Entry Level. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Inside you'll find a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with flat-screen TV.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, kitchen with counter seating 4, Dining area seating 8 with deck access and a half bath.
Extras: Private Pool (15x30), 5 TVs, Keurig, screened porch, basketball hoop, outside shower, charcoal grill, picnic table. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full Week Rentals Only. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.>/p>
