Close by you'll find a small market stocked with snacks, ice, and drinks, plus a clothing and gift shop â" and nearby you'll also find a restaurant and bar, so everything you need for a relaxing beach day is within easy reach.

Adventure lovers, take note: just a block behind the property, right where the road ends past the Ocracoke ferry, you'll find the start of the drive-on beach â" perfect for 4x4 beach days. Hop on that same ferry for a fun day trip to explore another island, and if the weather turns, the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum is right nearby for a great rainy-day outing. The beach itself is only 900 feet away.

Single Level Condo (located on Level 2 of 2): Bright Great Room with flat-screen TV and Queen Sleep Sofa; well-equipped kitchen with 2-burner stove top, convection mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and counter seating for 3; spacious King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and that gorgeous private deck; full hall bathroom.

Extras: 2 TVs, Keurig, air fryer, books, and games. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.  Flex Stay (3-Night Minimum)  offered all year.  Distance to Beach Access: 900 feet.  Beds: 1  King, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa.  Key Type:  Keyless Entry.  Check-In Location:  At the Property.

COMMUNITY POOL is open late May until early September.

This unit is on the top level, accessible by stairs only. Beach chairs, iron, and ironing board are not provided.

Linens and towels are provided all year.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full. Brindley
