Ground Level:  Outside amenities include a patio sitting area and an outside shower. Inside you'll find an Elevator with access to all levels, 2 Den's - 1 with a flat-screen TV and 1 with a book library,  Queen  Bedroom  with flat-screen TV, hall bathroom,  Bedroom with a DayBed  with patio access, and laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink and a full-size refrigerator.

Mid Level:  Great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access, sitting area with half bath, kitchen with free standing ice-maker and dining area seating 6,  King  Master Bedroom  with private bathroom and deck access.

Top Level: Queen  Master Bedroom  with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private deck.

Extras:  ELEVATOR, 4 TVs, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), 2 full size refrigerators, free standing ice-maker, standard coffee maker, wireless high-speed internet access, books and games, outside shower, gas grill, cornhole boards, parking for 5 vehicles, and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies cannot be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
