The Atlantic Ocean is just a few minutes' walk away, making beach trips a breeze! For an added sense of security, the beach has active lifeguards (seasonal). Outside, you can relax in the hot tub, rinse off in the outside shower, and/or take advantage of the superb community amenities, including outdoor pool, recreation center, bath house, shuffleboard, volleyball court and picnic area. Coastal Casita offers everything you need for the perfect Corolla vacation!

Ground Level:  Exterior amenities include a fenced private courtyard with a hot tub, outside dining, gas grill and an open outside shower. Inside you'll find the Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD/Wii, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, Keurig, sink and microwave,  Queen Sleep Sofa,  and patio/courtyard access.  Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle  and flat-screen TV and full hallway bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom  with a flat-screen TV, private deck access and a large master bathroom with dual vanity.  King Bedroom  with a flat-screen TV,  Queen Bedroom  with a flat-screen TV, full hallway bath, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level:  Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 8 and a half bath.

Military Discount: This home offers a 10% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 10% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
