Full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle,  Single plus flat-screen TV and private deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with natural light and coastal decorations, flat-screen TV and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating 4, dining area seating 8 and a Ship's watch with desk. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and private deck. Rooftop deck perfect to hear the soothing sound of crashing waves.  

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs, high-speed wireless internet, high chair, outside shower, gas grill, cornhole, picnic table, Keurig & Standard coffee makers, and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
