King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and walk in closet, Bedroom with 2 built-in Bunk Sets plus flat-screen TV,  and a full hall bathroom.  

Mid Level: Main entry and foyer.   2 King Master Bedrooms  each with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathrooms, one with tiled shower. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, and private bathroom. Hallway laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bathroom between levels.  

Top Level: Open Great room with electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and island seating 4. Dining room with bench seating for 8+ and access to the deck with outside dining table. Elevated loft area with desk and a  King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck, walk in closet and large private bathroom with dual vanity and tiled shower.  

Extras: Private Pool (heated for $500), ELEVATOR, 8 TVs, sound bar, electric fireplace, gas grill, high speed internet, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, outside dining, desk, 2 hammock swings, outside shower, corn hole boards, kitchenette, 2 refrigerators, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities).  No Smoking. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
