Located in Corolla Lights Oceanside community of Beacon Hill, you'll not only have access to all the house amenities but also to all the community amenities!  The Shad Street beach access with public parking is about a 5 block walk or drive. The community also offers trolley service (seasonal) to the community oceanfront pools, activities, restaurant and beach access!  

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower. To the back of the house is a fully fenced yard with a gas grill. Inside you'll find a Rec Room with pool table, pool deck access and a   wet bar with full-size refrigerator and sink. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Master Bedroom with a Double/Double Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV, desk and private bathroom.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and attached semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).  Queen Master Bedroom  with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.  

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/ DVD,  gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 10 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, screened porch access and private bathroom.

Extras: Private Pool (11 x 22), Hot Tub, 7 TVs,  1 DVD player, 2 refrigerators, fenced yard, 2 deck swings, hammock, screened porch, Keurig, high chair, baby gate, pack-n-play, books, games, pool table, outside shower, gas grill, wet bar, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 max).  Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. House Address: 1069 Beacon Hill Drive. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, Double/Double Bunk Set. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
