Interior Living: Inside you will find an open great room with panoramic ocean views, smart TV, game/dining banquette, and dining room seating for 10 with access to screened-in porch and oceanfront deck. Kitchen with stainless steel appliance, gas stove, counter seating for 2, with access to the screened porch and oceanfront deck. 2 King Master Bedrooms  each with smart TVs and private bathrooms. Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and smart TV.   Full hallway bathroom with deck and outside shower access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk  and smart TV. Laundry room with washer/dryer and front porch and rec room access. Den/Library with Queen Sleep Sofa (can double as a 7th bedroom), smart TV, books, games/puzzles and a private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with smart TV, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom (with whirlpool tub and oceanfront deck and hot tub access) with a Bedroom with 1 Single  and smart TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs, however they can be rented at no cost with the beach gear program advertised.  

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
