Ground Level: As you step inside, you will be welcomed by one-of-a-kind artwork. The game room, with a pool table and a smart TV equipped with a DVD player, will keep everyone entertained for hours. The Queen master suite boasts a luxurious private jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, sitting area overlooking the Pamlico Sound, and access to the deck. The remaining two bedrooms have cozy Twin bunk beds and complete this floor. Second Level: As you ascend the stairs to the second level, you will be met with a sun-drenched great room, creating a calming and serene ambiance. The custom woodwork serves as a splendid addition and the open floor plan allows for ample room for socializing. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for creating memorable moments. A breakfast bar and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 8 individuals provide unbeatable views of the beach and ocean. Rounding out this level is a Queen bedroom with a semi-private bath adorned with intricate tile artwork. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
