Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower, park-style charcoal grill and carport with a picnic table. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV, patio access and private bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa, sound bar and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 6 with deck access and a half bath.
Extras: 4 TVs, sound bar, outside shower, charcoal grill, picnic table, carport, deck furniture, Keurig coffee, parking for 2 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
