Stop by the fish market and pick up some local favorites to throw on the charcoal grill. For all the fishermen, a fish-cleaning table is at your fingertips. Rounding out this level is plenty of parking and a quick walk to one of Hatteras Island's best beaches!  

Mid Level: Conveniently located on this level, you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. A full-sized refrigerator for storing extra snacks, and beach essentials for a fun day in the sun! The lockable storage room is perfect for storing all your fishing and beach gear.

Top Level: Gathering with friends and family will be a breeze in this tastefully decorated open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining 6-seat dining table. Step outside and take in the cool summer breezes, the screened-in porch with a picnic table, Smart TV, and comfortable seating is the ideal spot to host game night. Or, simply enjoy a shaded area to relax or grab some quiet time with your favorite beverage.  Cuddle up on the oversized cozy couch with a good read or watch the popular series Outer Banks.. a great mystery and will keep you on the edge of your seat.  

Four Bedrooms are situated on this level. There's a King Master with a private bath, a Twin Bunk room with a Double bed, a Queen bedroom, and a Double bedroom that shares a full hallway bath. All the bedrooms are well-appointed and feature Smart TVs.  A beautiful sundeck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean provides a serene place to call home for a week or two. Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or take in the unobstructed view of the starry sky - the perfect way to a storybook ending!

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are provided.  This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
