Mid Level: Conveniently located on this level, you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. A full-sized refrigerator for storing extra snacks, and beach essentials for a fun day in the sun! The lockable storage room is perfect for storing all your fishing and beach gear.
Top Level: Gathering with friends and family will be a breeze in this tastefully decorated open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining 6-seat dining table. Step outside and take in the cool summer breezes, the screened-in porch with a picnic table, Smart TV, and comfortable seating is the ideal spot to host game night. There's a King Master with a private bath, a Twin Bunk room with a Double bed, a Queen bedroom, and a Double bedroom that shares a full hallway bath. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
