Ground Level: Entry level, 2 carports, 1 with small ping-pong table and foosball, outside shower.

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) and a  Bedroom with 2 Singles,  flat-screen TV and deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, screened porch access and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets,  flat-screen TV and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Spacious layout with fantastic flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas. Great room with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows create a bright and airy space abundant in natural light with flat-screen TV/DVD and electric fireplace. The Ship's Watch overlooks the great room with a flat-screen TV and a Queen Sleep Sofa. Updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, new cabinetry, mosaic tile back splash and a breakfast bar seating 4.   Breakfast table seating 4 and the dining room with seating for 8.  King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, semi-private  newly remodeled full bathroom, with a luxurious walk-in, rainfall shower. (second door from bathroom to living areas). Gas grill is on the top level deck with additional table and chairs for outdoor dining.  

Extras: 7 TVs, DVD, sound bar, small ping-pong table, foosball, screened porch, outside shower, electric fireplace, games, parking for 6 vehicles, gas grill and linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Pool, Tennis and Amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities).  No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has 2 security cameras over the carports facing away from the home.  

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
