Bedroom #2 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #3, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full), flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #4 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #5, which is furnished with a Queen Bed, a flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck.
Top Level: You are greeted by a Great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean views. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #1, the King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound views, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. As a bonus, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
