You'll also have access to an on-site EV charger, making it easy to power up your vehicle during your stay. For those eager to get on the water, there's direct sound access and a private deep-water boat slip, ideal for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or setting off on a boating adventure right from your backyard.

Single Level:  Inside, you'll be greeted by a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light and relaxed coastal charm. The living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a small deskâ€"perfect for planning your day or catching up on emails. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, including your fresh catch of the day. On the kitchen table, you'll also find a convenient charging station and instant Wi-Fi connection, making it easy for guests to plug in and get online when they arrive. The dining area seats eight, creating the perfect spot for shared meals and evening conversations. Just outside, the covered porch and sundeck offer peaceful canal views and a peaceful soundside setting.

The home offers 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms to ensure a restful and relaxing stay. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a cozy queen bed and scenic views of the soundâ€"perfect for waking up to peaceful water vistas. These two rooms share a spacious full bathroom just steps away. Bedroom 3, furnished with a twin bunk bed and a Smart TV, is a great option for kids or extra guests. Bedroom 4 also includes a queen bed and Smart TV, and shares a second full bathroom conveniently located off the hallway.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made, except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are provided.  This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card.  After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
