Ground Level:  Ground-level amenities include a carport and driveway that accommodate up to 5 vehicles, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a spacious yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grill.

Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area.  The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a large sectional sofa and TV.  The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8.  Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a  Queen bed, a TV,  and share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway.   Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV.   Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full): perfect for the little ones in your group!   Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.  

Extras:  Private pool, hot tub, tiki bar with built-in swings, firepit, corn hole, horseshoes, yard connect four, oversized Jenga, outside shower, charcoal grill, 4 TVs, pack-n-play, high chair, WiFi, Keurig, crockpot, screened porch, sun decks, deck furniture, and parking for 6 vehicles. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome.  Distance to beach access:  425 feet. Beds:  1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Twin Trundle (Twin over Full).  Key Type:  Keyless Entry.  Check-In Location:  At the Property.

Linens and towels are provided all year.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
