Centrally located in the heart of Avon, on a quiet cul-de-sac, you are less than 50 feet to beach access, yet convenient to the Avon pier, shopping, and dining â"this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for the entire group. The fun does not stop after a day in the sun! Enjoy your own private pool area, hot tub, large yard, screened porch or unwind on the sundeck. Don't forget your 4-legged friend: Krazy 4 Shore is dog-friendly!

Ground Level:  Ground-level amenities include a carport and driveway that accommodate up to 5 vehicles, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a spacious yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grill.

Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area.  The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a large sectional sofa and TV.  The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8.  Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a  Queen bed, a TV,  and share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway.   Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV.   Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) -  perfect for the little ones in your group!   Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week

Linens and towels are provided all year.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only) on 2027 reservations. Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount on 2026 reservations. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Booking:  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
