Half bath with pool access and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, 2 Bedrooms each with  a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom.  Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and deck access with stairs to back yard and hammock swing chairs, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  

This property has a camera near the front door facing the carport driveway.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
