Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with smart TV, deck access to a private balcony and a large master bathroom with dual vanity, King Bedroom with smart TV, Queen Bedroom with smart TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, gas fireplace, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating 3, dining area seating 5 and a half bath.
Extras: Hot Tub, 6 smart TVs with Netflix, Blu-Ray DVD player, high speed internet access, foosball table, mini-refrigerator, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grill, fenced courtyard, open outside shower, carport, parking for 3 vehicles, community pool and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
