Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a charcoal grill area with picnic table, basketball hoop, enclosed outside shower and the fully gated private pool and hot tub. Covered carport and entry level. Inside you'll find a Recroom with bumper pool and TV and half bathroom.
Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV. Second Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a TV. Hallway laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Open great room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access to ocean view decks. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining room seating 8, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with TV and large private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower.
Extras: Private Pool (30 x 15), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, DVD player, bumper pool, covered charcoal grill, high speed internet access, baby gate, high chair, outside shower, basketball hoop, picnic table, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does not provide beach chairs.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
