Perched to offer sweeping ocean views and effortless beach access, this multi-story coastal getaway blends modern convenience with bright, airy comfort. The top floor serves as the ultimate gathering hub, featuring an open great room with direct deck access, a fully equipped kitchen, and formal dining for eight. Downstairs comfortably appointed bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries after a day in the sun. Complete with a covered carport, entry-level laundry, and an outdoor shower for breezy beach days, this home delivers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second door to the hallway), Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds and flat-screen TV/DVD.
Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD, ocean views and deck access, dining room seating 8, kitchen and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and semi-private full bathroom (second door to living areas).
Extras: 5 TVs, 3 DVD players, parking for 4 cars, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, sun decks, enclosed outside shower, 6 ceiling fans and deck furniture. No Smoking or vaping. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Beds: 3 Queens, 2 Singles. Distance to beach access: 308'. House Address: 4510 North Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.
Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bathmat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.
This property does NOT offer a grill or provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
