Single Level: Great Room with flat-screen TV, updated kitchen with table for 2, dining room seating 6-8 with a door leading to the covered screened porch with picnic table perfect for outside meals or relaxing and enjoying the exceptional ocean views and the roar of the surf. 2 Queen Bedrooms both with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom. Access to the beach from the front stairs only. Top level crow's nest with amazing views!
Extras: 4 TVs (Roku & Hulu on all TVs, Netflix & Disney in great room), DVD Player, parking for 2 cars, outside shower, gas grill, high-speed wireless internet, wrap around screened porch, No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Single Beds. House Address: 5013 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.
Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.
This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
