This family friendly home sits in a prime location. Ride bikes or walk to Bay Drive and enjoy sidewalk lined roads along the Currituck Sound to enjoy sunsets, fishing, crabbing or launch a boat from the public boat launch at Dock Street. Bay Drive is also a great place to go for a run! This home is also just 4 to 5 blocks from the beach! Enjoy it all and stay fit while on vacation with your own exercise area.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large fully gated yard with patio and fire pit, side yard with picnic table, outside shower and parking for 4 cars. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Double Sleep Sofa, bar area with seating for 2, dart board and patio access. Exercise area with a stair climber, rower, elliptical, free weights and outside fenced yard access. Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bath and laundry with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access with seating and gas grill. Newly remodeled kitchen, dining area seating 6, California King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom and a full hallway bathroom.
Extras: 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo, gated yard, patio with fire pit, high speed internet access, enclosed outside shower, dart board, stair climber, rower, elliptical, free weights, baby gate, washer/dryer, gas grill and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. Beds: California King, 2 Queens, Double Sleep Sofa. House Address: 326 W. Chowan Street, Kill Devil Hills. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
