Sounds Amazing  offers spectacular glistening views of the Currituck Sound which is available from every level including the private pool deck and the tropical Tiki bar. This beautifully furnished house is designed to meet your every comfort and need from the custom designed pool area to the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The community dock is just feet from this house (directly behind the house) where you can see turtles, multiple birds, and other wildlife.

Ground Level: Includes an over-sized 2-car garage offering a full sized refrigerator (for drinks) with ice maker, air hockey table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, poker table for 4-8 people (including the chips) and access to the private pool area. Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool (heated for a small fee) with festive Tiki bar, bluetooth speakers, corn hole, pergola deck with seating, gas grill,  covered dining area, two outside showers and an outdoor loo (with bidet).

Mid Level: Offers a Queen Bedroom with new 40" smart TV that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom that has  2 Singles, Trundle and a new 40" smart TV. Both rooms have beautiful sound views and direct deck access to an open sun deck, swinging day bed in a large screened porch which also has great sound views and overlooks the pool area. King Bedroom with a new 40" smart TV and  sitting area that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom having  2 Built-in DuoBunks (Single over Queen)  and new 40" smart TV. Between levels is a half bath. Between levels is also a  King Master Bedroom Suite with new 40" smart TV and stereo/CD, featuring an elevated sitting area and  custom tiled private bath with a dual-headed shower and a heated bidet toilet seat.

Top Level: Features a great room with stunning sound views, gas fireplace, new 65" smart TV with surround sound and sound bar,  large dining area and the well-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and ice maker. There is a second refrigerator in the garage with another icemaker, great for drinks. This level features a King Master Bedroom with new 40" smart TV, sitting area and private bathroom. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

There are beach chairs available for renters use in the garage but they are not guaranteed.  

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
