Top Level: The home's top level features an open great room with TV/DVD, offering perfect views of the lighthouse, and a large sliding glass door that leads to the deck. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and all new appliances. Enjoy a breakfast at the kitchen bar or entertain the whole family in the large adjacent dining room with ocean view, seating 8. Beach Bellini is well stocked with flat-screen TVs throughout, games, puzzles and books, plus WIFI and cable TV.
Mid Level: The middle level of the villa boasts 2 King Master Bedrooms each featuring brand new mattresses and private bathrooms, and a laundry closet.
Ground Level: On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms; one with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, a Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and a full bath. The garage is amply stocked with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. Outside amenities include a patio with charcoal grill and outside shower.
Extras: 5 TVs, 5 DVD players, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, outside shower, wood-burning fireplace, parking for 5 vehicles, charcoal grill, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
