Ground Level: Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom, single on top), flat-screen TV, foosball coffee table and semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to game room). Lounge and game room with pool table, flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4 gaming system, wet bar with full-size refrigerator and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Outside you'll find the screened porch with hot tub and patio with seating, gas grill and outside shower.

This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
