Mid Level: Entry Level. Bedroom with a DuoBunk, TV/ Apple TV and deck access that shares a large bathroom with tiled shower and dual vanity with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, TV/ Apple TV and deck access. King Bedroom with TV/DVD that shares a bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with TV.
Top Level: Great room with HD TV/ Blu-Ray DVD/Apple TV, wood fireplace, deck access and a game table seating 4, dining area seating 8 with access to the screened porch which offers additional outdoor seating for 4 and the kitchen with counter seating for 3. Queen Bedroom with TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom.
Extras: Private Pool (22 x 12), Hot Tub,6 TVs, 2 Blu-Ray DVD players, Apple TV, high speed wireless internet, screened porch, charcoal and gas grills, enclosed outside shower, wood fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
