Sunny days you and your guests will enjoy being located on this quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from the beach with the cabana service awaiting you each day. Apres beach, get the blender rolling to enjoy entertaining around the large private pool and deck area featuring a poolside bar. Inside this cheerful, recently redecorated home, you'll find upgrades throughout including hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances.
Full access to the Corolla Light Resort including indoor pool and fitness center, 2 outdoor life-guarded pools, baby pool, children's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and tennis courts. There is also an Oceanfront Grille and ocean front walks. Trolley service (seasonal) to the beach every 30 minutes, snack hut and weekly activities for the kids and adults. (Note: While Brindley Beach is always here to assist with your stay, the Corolla Light amenities, including the trolley schedules and routes, are managed independently by that community and may change without prior notice.)
Outside: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with pub tables, plenty of premium deck furniture, a gas grill and a poolside bar with mini-refrigerator, outdoor speakers and utility sink. Carport with fish cleaning table, outside shower and outside loo.
Ground Level: Inside you'll find a den that's a great place for kids to hang out with 2 Day Beds, flat-screen TV, full size refrigerator and an ice maker.
Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access, a Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access and a bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and deck access that shares full hall bath with a bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 DuoBunk. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. On the back deck overlooking the pool, you'll find a pergola covered 8 person hot tub with pub seating and deck swing. Laundry area with washer and dryer is located in the hallway.
Top Level: Features a large, open great room with flat-screen smart TV, deck access with ocean views, ship's watch with poker table, half bathroom, beverage bar with Keurig and 2 beverage/wine coolers, dining area with seating for 10, island bar seating for 3 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and full bath.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
Beach Cabana Service: The owners of this vacation rental have provided your stay with complementary beach umbrella and chair service on the beach. Included are 1 umbrella and 2 chairs provided by Corolla Beach Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Corolla Light Oceanfront near the beach access across the street from this homes cul-de-sac. Additional information will be posted in the home.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera located on the front door.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
