"Fitz's Wave Watcher" is located at Mile Post 5. Come enjoy a sun deck with unobstructed, exceptional ocean view and just steps away from the ocean with direct beach access. Close to shopping, restaurants, family entertainment and the Avalon Fishing Pier.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill and parking for 6 vehicles. Inside you'll find an "In Law" Suite with a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV and a full private bathroom. This suite has a separate outside entrance, not connected to the main house.
Top Level: Offers the great room with TV and access to the Oceanside wide decks with ocean views. Dining room seating 8 and newly renovated kitchen. Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle that shares a hall bath with a Queen Bedroom. West side deck access at the end of the hall.
Extras: 4 TVs, charcoal grill, high-speed wireless internet, enclosed outside shower, sun deck, deck furniture, washer/dryer, parking for 6 cars, high chair and picnic table. No Smoking. 1 DOG PERMITTED. Mini Vacations available from November 1- May 15. Distance to beach access: 200'. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles, 1 DuoBunk (Single over Double Bunk), 1 Trundle. House Address: 3130 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy, Kitty Hawk Office.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
