Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop, outside shower, picnic table and grilling area with a park style charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR and laundry area with table seating 5, mini-refrigerator, half bath and washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, full hall bath, Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD, Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD/VCR, wood fireplace and deck access, full hall bath, kitchen with counter seating 5 and the dining area with 2 tables seating a total of 13 and deck access.
Extras: 5 TVs, VCR, 2 DVD players (1 Blu-Ray), high-speed internet, books, games, Video/DVD libraries, basketball hoop, outside shower, charcoal grill, picnic tables, mini-refrigerator, electric fireplace, linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
