Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Full Sofa Bed.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Pets are not permitted on the dock or sound side beach area as it is a community dock.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Charging Golf Carts, Boats Over 22 Feet, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
