The main space of "Reefs Edge" features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open concept living area, and offers updated flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and stunning new decks on the oceanside of the home. The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A large sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple pleasure. Beautiful white cabinetry with underlighting provides a nice ambient light in the evenings and adds to the bright, cheery appearance of the kitchen. Full-sized updated stainless-steel appliances help make cooking and clean up a breeze. This kitchen is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing!

Relax on the deck with a cold beverage or stroll down the private beach access for a long walk on the gorgeous white sandy beaches. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen that serves the main floor and the adjoining full guest bedroom. Moving upstairs you will find the spacious primary suite with a king bed that has a private bathroom and private deck that is perfect for sunbathing. The third bedroom is a guest room with two twin beds that has an attached bathroom for additional privacy. There is a washer and dryer located in the hall closet of the upper level for convenience.

A ground floor efficiency apartment offers private living quarters with access to the rear sun deck and full bathroom. The studio unit is located directly under the main home and offers a small but functional kitchen space, king-sized bed, sitting area, and a window unit for cooling. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main house includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.

Occupancy: 8.
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Full, 2 Twins.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.

Parking: Off-street parking for 4 vehicles.
Prohibited: No Smoking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
