The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: 3 night minimum during the summer
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 King Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: Pet Free Property. No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis/Pickleball Court, Private Community Beach Access, High Speed Internet, Expanded Cable, Outdoor Shower, Covered Deck, Community Basketball Court, Private Washer and Dryer in Condo.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage "W258 - 6C by the Sea" as a vacation rental.
*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday-Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*
