The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, is not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Additional Amenities: Boat Slip, Keyless Entry, Community Pool, Tennis Court, Pickle Ball Court, Beach and Tennis Equipment, Sound and Ocean View. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
