On the ground level you will find the first primary suite with a walk-in shower and designer tile. From this bedroom you have access to a fenced in backyard through the large sliding glass door. This room offers a cozy queen-sized bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a closet to hang your belongings.
The first floor of this duplex provides a second primary suite with dual sinks, a shower with floor to ceiling tile and a spacious walk-in closet. This bedroom has a King size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a private covered deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo that joins the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom features two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full) that are perfect for 6 kids or 4 adults. Both guest rooms have Smart TV's.
