Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of three night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Unassigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with parking pass.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
