The 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath newly remodeled home is perfect for two couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and one has an extra Twin while the other has an extra Double bed! A nice full bathroom is just off kitchen area, and a brand new powder room was just added for extra comfort. There is a sleeper sofa for the kiddos.
Occupancy: 9 Stay Requirements: Three night rental required in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Driveway parking for four vehicles Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
