The kitchen has all of the necessities for a meal with the entire group. Updated flooring spans the condo throughout the living room and bedrooms. The living room creates a social place for everyone to gather together and has a slider that leads out to the balcony. The balcony has an ocean view and view of the community pool! It is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a creative beverage in the evening!
The first bedroom has a Queen bed and blue ocean theme, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Full configuration. Both bathrooms in the property are full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo.
The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake, and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
