The first living level of the home features three bedrooms, large laundry room, and a wet bar. A queen guest room with private balcony and flat screen TV makes a cozy accommodation for travelers of any age. The spacious primary suite features a plush king-sized bed, large ensuite bathroom complete with soaker tub, and access to a generous deck that overlooks the sound. Down the hallway you will find a full bathroom, laundry room, elevator entry, and wet bar. At the end of the hallway is a large guest room that is furnished with a pyramid and traditional bunk bed set. This room is perfect for children and has beautiful views!
The top level of this home features a large, beautifully furnished, open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows that offer a superb view of the waterway. The living room, dining area and kitchen offer a fantastic space to gather loved ones and make wonderful memories. The kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals. There is a water cooler that can be utilized, 5-gallon water containers can be purchased at the local store. Gather around the dining table for a home cooked meal or enjoy dining outside on the spacious covered porch as the sunsets over the water. There are also two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor.
