This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom 1st floor condo in the Sand Pebbles complex is newly renovated and ready to please your family and friends. The primary bedroom features a King bed and includes an en suite bath and has a spectacular ocean view to watch the sunrise before drifting back to sleep, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed that utilizes the hallway full bathroom. The kitchen is nicely uplifted with new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The living area is outfitted with a new chaise sofa (which doubles as a sleeper (full size)) and a flat screen TV, but you'll probably pass that by quickly as you head out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or keep an eye on the kiddos frolicking in the nearby pool. You will not be disappointed in your decision to make "Sandy Bottoms" your vacation home every summer!

The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers, and a bike rack.

Of course there is plenty to do at Carolina Beach, and in this central location you may never need your car as you can easily walk to the Boardwalk, the fresh water lake for fireworks and Sunday movies, and the Tiki Bar!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.
